Beelzemon Blast Mode is the 2nd Mega form (or rather, Blast mode) of Impmon. He appears after departuring from his partners Ai and Mako to fight the D-Reaper. A toy gun, given to him by his partners also turns into a huge blaster known as the Death Slinger.

Impmon (Beelzemon Blast Mode) in Blast Mode
In this mode, he is slightly different from before, slightly due to the fact that he gained black wings from his back, that his eyes turned green, that the Death Slinger is mounted on his right arm and several parts of his clothes and gloves turn to a much lighter shade of grey with the metallic pieces turning to a light silver.
Throughout the series, he has become more acostumed to the Mega form and dedicated to saving Jeri from the D-Reaper. Most of his appearances involve his attempts in saving her. The last time he acquired this form was during his and Calumon's rescue mission of Jeri. During it, they are attacked by some sorts of D-Reaper bubbles, and Impmon digivolves into this form to destroy them. he later used his guns to get Calumon into the Kernel Sphere, before being captured by the sphere, and being put into corded restraints and knocked unconscious.
He is later released and ejected by force from the Sphere because he'd come too close to breaking free from its binds. he teams up with Gallantmon and Grani to fight back and free her. And after the two destroyed the Gatekeeper, he tries to break into the Kernel Sphere with brute force alone. the direness of the situation caused him to tap into Leomon's data within (and taking in account the fact an image of Leomon seemed to appear over him, at the same time speculating it was Leomon's spirit helping him) and using Leomon's Fist of the Beast king to break in. However, this terrified Jeri, as she remembered that impmon in his Mega form killed Leomon and thus rejected wanting to be saved until realising how good his intentions were, but after realising that, it was too late.
At the same time, with his desperation of saving Jeri, Beelzemon was caught off guard by the D-Reaper and falls down towards the rubble of the city. Badly wounded, his data begins to disperse from his body and thought he had no hope left of making it out alive, he is saved by Grani, and de-digivolves back to Impmon, badly wounded.

Corona Blaster: Fires a powerful energy blast from his cannon.
Corona Destroyer: Draws an inverted pentagram with his cannon and fires energy blasts through it creating a giant continuous beam as long he keeps firing.
Double Impact: Rapidly fires powerful bullets from his Berenjena shotguns.
Fist of the Beast King: Absorbed from Leomon, he used it only when he was trying to rescue Jeri from the D-Reaper, after his Death Slinger was destroyed by D-Reaper. Unfortunately it had the effect of driving her away from him.
